How can I see my daughter again?

So me and my ex were fighting the other night in front of my house and she can be so f***ing evil sometimes. I'm a great dad to our daughter, but all she does is complain about money because she's a gold digging whore. She said I was a ***** so I pissed in a bottle and threw it on her. Now she's says I can't see Ava unless I take her to court. Court sounds like a lot of work, so how can I get her to let me see my baby again?
