He dosen't like me anymore but I miss him so bad. Advice?

Okay so Last year I've been really good friends with this guy and he used to tell jokes and always tries to get my attention. Once during art I hat glue stuck on my skirt and he was helping me get it out then our eyes lingered. I know its sounds like super fake movie scene but it really happened. And we kind of had a crush on each other. But this year he dosen't talk to me, he didn't greet me for my birthday but I did at his, he won't even look at me. I didn't even do anything wrong, and whats now is he's friends with assholes. I miss him so much and I don't know how I could be close to him again. :(
