Is this bad or not?????

To lose weight and maintain heart health all at once, take two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil every eight hours. Keep the jar warm above 76� (I keep mine on a heater vent) and mix with warm foods when you take it. Mix with hot cereals, spread on toast, things like that to take the Oil. On the Oil, you will lose about a pound a day, maybe a tiny bit less, and it takes a few weeks for your heart and any problem around it to stabilize to normal.
