What is this hat called!?

Ok so its basically like a beanie, but at the top it has a little yarn ball usually in the center and it has like long flaps that go over your ears with one string coming down from each ear flap with a yarn ball at the bottoms of the strings. Haha??? I wanna get one?? Whats it called.
