Help me find this movie please about a writer who becomes a criminal?

Basically this guy is a writer and he realizes he's horrible at writing and decides to become a criminal because it's the only thing he's good at, then he robs a bank, and eventually meets the bank teller again and falls in love with her, then gives the money back at the end,, and they leave the country or something. He has an afro, and when he robbed the bank he had a beanie and aviators on. And he has two friends, one of them eventually goes to jail but he's happy because the robber broke him out of his shell, and the other guy is always going to job interviews. idk. PLEASE help me find this movie.
