I am planning a birthday party for my twin sons who?

The theme is Dr.Seuss's the cat in the hat but the main focus is on thing 1 and thing 2. Is there a online store where I can find little thing 1 and thing 2 figurines that I can place on ribbons to make a keepsake (I d k the correct name for it a lot of people use it at baby showers and they pin it on their guests) and I also need some creative decorating ideas -table centerpiece - cake table etc.... please help me out the party is 8 months away but I would like to start early.
