Im playing the sims & i had a baby wit another sim on another lot?

OK im a male adult & i had a babby with another girl sim in another lot but she cant move in B/C there are six pepole in my house & i want the baby to live with me i think i can move in with her but i still want to conttroll him is there anything i can do FYI I WILL CHEAT
